24. QUALIFIED LEAD DEFINITION: A qualified lead is defined as a homeowner who has confirmed their intent, project scope, and budget, and has agreed to receive quotes and/or an on-site visit.

25. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: If a homeowner cancels or no-shows, My Reno Quotes will assess the case. Lead replacement or credit may be issued at our discretion.

26. SERVICE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we receive repeated negative feedback, detect misuse, or see breaches of this agreement.

27. MARKETING & MEDIA USE: By joining My Reno Quotes, you consent to the use of your business name, logo, and project photos in our marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.
